Premier Inn Llantrisant hotel

The best Premier in room I have ever stayed in, spotless perfectly decorated, 2 bottles of water and a couple of chocolates, what more could you want. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Beef Eater next door was average, pretty much what you expect.

Awful night sleep. Could not open the window. They are designed not to. Cost cutting. Must be like sleeping in a prison. If you choose another room, beware of the horrendous traffic noise. Worst breakfast ive ever had. Only Beefeater can dry up bake beans. Turn mushrooms into rubber. Fry eggs hard. Never seen eggs that small before. Still you can't eat them. Cheap sausages. Awful coffee out of a machine. Toast was great. Well i cooked it mysel. In all stay away.

As per usuasl, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The only downside was the appalling Wifi, which as we were away on a business trip, was problematical. As we paid via the App, we were told that there could be no refund on the money paid for the superfast broadband. On a positive side, we had our evening meal at the adjacent Beefeater and it was very tasty,

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Always stay around this time of year visiting family. Would 100% be using again. Rooms have been updated since I’ve been, wonderful clean rooms. Stayed in a plus room really enjoyed my stay. Short walk to restaurant and local shops

Kerry at the front desk fixed my booking problem (my fault) within seconds making sure that my planned getaway could continue smoothly. I have stayed here multiple times and I have never had an issue as of yet. Staff have been friendly, towels and bed clean, shower is boiling with great pressure and the lighting is plenty. Hotel was excellent as usual, but the pub service was very poor. Supply issues meant the majority of our party could have the meal selected from the on line menu or what was on the menu on the table. We were left with only one feasible option which was ordered, only to be told they only had one option left. The attitude from two different serving staff was very poor, one even asking us what they should do is they can’t provide the food they are advertising, the other suggesting that e we should only expect beef in a beef eater 🤦‍♀️. After a long and tiring journey this was disappointing and reflected badly in the overnight stay we’d arranged through Premier Inn
